A granular instrument. No timeline, no MIDI — it is always running, you sculpt it.
Headphones recommended. Browsers require a click before audio can start.

Keys
play a pad, no sample
Capture on a Keys pad records what you play, in
bars, with the same count-in. It loops on the pad’s own clock. Bounce it to a
sample when you want grains, Texture and Stretch on top of it.
Oscillators instead of a sample. Tone, Sweep, Width,
Pitch, Detune, the fades and both sends shape it exactly as they shape a recording.

Session
pass it around
Captures and live-kept windows exist
nowhere else, so they are written into the session file. Forged sources
are rebuilt from their description and cost nothing.

Swell keys
Launch keys start pads — play several together and they
all come in as one gesture; play the same chord again and they all go
out. Swell keys lean on a parameter while held and let it sink back on
release. Transport keys fire on the way down: Record, Capture,
Clock and Stop all, so a set can be started and captured without
reaching for the laptop. A pad selects its track; hit the one already selected to
switch it on or off. Scene keys morph to A–D over the Scenes morph
time. Any other key plays notes into the selected pad’s cloud — hold
a chord and the grains spread across it. Knobs follow whichever pad you
last touched, and stay inert until you turn them past the current value.

Play notes into the selected pad's cloud — or its oscillators, on a Keys pad
Start the Clock and a capture is measured in bars, not
seconds, with a bar of count-in first. The take starts on the downbeat and comes back
locked to the beat, so a loop you play in is a loop that fits.
For the classic drifting-loops effect, give each pad an
unrelated Cycle — 7.3, 11.1, 4.7, 13.9. There is no shared clock,
so they will not realign for hours.
Every pad has a ▶ button, and every dial can be
dragged — you never have to touch the keyboard if you would rather not.
